We are at the losing side.
August 24, 2006
However much these days we want to go against the canteen, boycott the stalls, get food from outside. Its still inevitable we sometimes buy from the canteen as a desperate measure, like today.
We had a plan of a potluck meal as a class and it ended up no one bringing anything. Worst still I forgot to bring my own Home-made food. lol. Hell it was. So I got a big mouthful of sandwich from Jia Zheng.
Jonathan brought a little box of fried rice. Honestly I was so tempted to snatch it from him! But since it is a meal prepared by his beloved daddy with full of love, I couldn’t bear to.
Then, here comes, we bought drinks from the canteen. Plan failed. And Jia Zheng, of course, couldn’t get filled with just some sandwiches. And he got a bowl of not-sure-what from the stalls. noooooo..
Hah, I guess we have to admit it. Whenever there is a war, the hungry side loses.
I am hoping all that lester would bring his boiling flask tomorrow, I bought a cup noodle.
Oh OH! How could I.. I almost forgotten this. Eventhough we were losing during recess, we totally made it up after school when lester and wenjun bought some chicken rice all the way from Ang Mo Kio. And we ate it openly at the canteen. Hope the stall vendors saw it *evil grin..
